Join Ability KC and educational presenters from Ability KC we discuss meeting the needs of individuals following a stroke to ensure success as they return to home, school, work and the community.

This conference is presented in collaboration with the Bi-State Stroke Education Consortium to enhance the educational opportunities for providers of stroke care across the continuum.

All attendees and other healthcare professionals will receive a certificate of attendance to self submit to their respective profession for CEUs.
