Summer Occupational Therapist Assistant - Pediatrics & Adolescent

Under general direction of the Supervisor and the direct supervision of the licensed occupational therapist administers therapeutic treatment to patients.

Education:

  • Associate degree from an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Experience:

  • No experience required.
  • Prior hospital or neuro-rehab experience preferred.
  • One year of peds experience preferred if providing service to individuals birth to 13

Knowledge/Skills/Licensure/Certification:

  • Appropriate state license or licensure eligible, flexibility, good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is required.
  • CPR certification or eligibility.
  • Word processing experience preferred.
