This program is an intensive, comprehensive, and highly integrated program consisting of physical, occupational, and speech therapies centered around the unique needs of our patients. Case Management serves as a liaison between the insurance provider, medical team, and the patient. Our services don’t end once a person completes their treatment program. Even when patients and families accomplish all of their care goals and reach their desired milestones, we’ll always be here as a resource to help guide them through the next phases of their lives.
